I consider myself an extension of each client so it is very important that I understand their goals and vision, so I can convey that to the media. On any given day I am a sounding board, the eyes and ears on breaking news and the scrappy PR pro pounding the pavement for the ultimate interview opportunity. For me, I am most happy when I’m in the trenches.

“Human nature will not flourish, any more than a potato, if it be planted and replanted, for too long a series of generations, in the same worn-out soil. My children have had other birthplaces, and, so far as their fortunes may be within my control, shall strike their roots into unaccustomed earth.” - Nathaniel Hawthorne, “The Custom House”
