PR Agency Salaries in 2015

PR Talent, one of the largest public relations recruiting firms based in Southern California published a list today showing the average salaries for public relations professional in major markets. According to PR Talent President Jim Delulio, this list is not a scientific survey, but it is derived from his firm’s experience placing communications and PR talent in these markets during the past 17 years.

According to PR Talent, in 2014, PR agency professionals saw small increases in salaries, especially at the high demand mid-level but this year the industry may see some escalation especially when it comes to digital talent where demand is high and job movement is more dynamic.
